Our Target Audience:
35 -70 yrs (50% over 50's), north American. Mid-High income, accomplishers. Equal male and female.
Styles that we are interested in:
Abstract
Uses abstract shapes and symbols to convey an idea or attribute about the organization.
Wordmark
The simplest yet with the highest recall. Text or Wordmark is a uniquely styled font type that spells out the company or brand name. Though it may seem very simple, this logo type requires the most innovative type font, refreshing colors, and distinct feature, to create an impact. Because it relies solely on the texts and colors, there is a big challenge on how it will effectively build a lasting image for the brand or company it represents.
Color Preferences:
No more than 2 colours or shades. Even Grey/Black will do. If using colour, use timeless colours.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I have tried using a font like Century Gothic which makes the letters very round. Using small caps only, so playing around with the 2 "O's" side-by-side to create an image, e.g. making one of them a simple globe with latitude/longitude lines, or conjoining the 2 "O's" to form a map of the world. Logo must look good/effective in B/W.
