The rationale behind this logo is super sutble - the stars are purposefully arrange to slightly resemble a house - this is design to create a sense of trust and integrity. No fancy gradients make this super printable and easy to reproduce on ANY media, this could have some extra styling if this were to be used online - but the fundamental principles are there. I believe this to be a easy to remember and iconic mark with all the brands values and beliefs.
    I welcome all comments thanks

With Less Than 48 Hours To Go. . .

We first and foremost want to thank everyone for their submissions, it took us quite a lengthy debate to narrow it down, but we are hoping that these top choices will help everyone in their final submissions for our new logo!!

Keep in mind the consensus is looking for something simple, but modern and strong. And also try to incorporate our lengthy track record "Since 1969" in the logo if possible.

THANK YOU AND KEEP THE SUBMISSIONS COMING!

I couldn't put my rationale for my entry, so here it is.
three stars to represent the ohio, indiana and kentucky - why stars? = American. Royal/Navy blue as per requested with a gradient to represent the modern era. With a modern typeface and since 1969 to give trustworthiness. All wrapped in a square, which, in iconography is the most reliable, and secure of all the shapes. I welcome all comments, thanks.

Thanks for the continued submissions! They are looking great. Just a couple of quick notes, Tri-City is a hyphenated name of the business, and we do want to represent the strength of our 41+ year record, so the "Since 1969" seems to be a welcomed addition.

Thank you for the submissions thus far. The more clean, modern with a sense class designs are more intriguing to this point. I am leaning toward something close to #6675 and #6737 to this point, but even those aren't quite peaking my interest.

Greenideas, I like your use of trying to incorporate the name in the design, but I don't quite understand the tree shaped T's.

Keep it up and I look forward to seeing many more logos!

    Thanks
